To begin, we start with the clone corps, which were the biggest and most effective units. A corps had 36,864 troopers.
- The 21st Nova Corps, more commonly known as Galactic Marines, had magenta armor which resembled the imperial snow troopers seen in Empire Strikes Back. They were lead by Commander Bacara, who wore Heavy Trooper/Republic Assault Trooper armor seen in Battlefront 2005, and Battlefront 2 2007, as well as High Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi, who was a Cerean. They were seen in Revenge of the Sith, where they killed their Jedi general because of order 66.

- The 7th Corps had orange markings on their armor, and were led by Clone Martial Commander Cody, as well as High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi. They had 4 major units, with those being the 212th attack battalion, 2nd Airborne Company, Ghost Company, and the Paratrooper Squad. They were seen on Utapau in Revenge of the Sith, where they tried to kill Obi-Wan because of Order 66.

- The 91st Recon Corps mostly consisted of recon troopers as the name suggests. Their Armor had dark red markings which was the 91st logo. They were led by Clone Commander Ponds, until he got killed and was replaced by Commander Neyo. They were led by Jedi generals Mace Windu, Adi Galia, and Stass Allie. They were seen in the Battle of Ryloth in the Clone Wars TV show, as well as Saleucami in Revenge of the Sith, where they killed Stass Allie due to Order 66.

- The 327th Star Corps was made up of elite clones who had yellow markings on their armor. They also wore kamas and pauldrons, like ARC troopers. They were led by Commander Bly and Aayla Secura. They were seen in Felucia in Revenge of the Sith, where they killed Secura because of Order 66.

- The 41st Elite Corps had either green, or camouflage armor. They were led by Luminara Unduli and Commander Gree, and was also briefly led by Yoda during the battle of Kashyyyk. Gree tried to execute order 66 but was decapitated by Yoda.

- The Sky Corps was made up of Jet Troopers, like the ones seen in Battlefront 2 2017. Not much else is known about this unit.

A clone legion had 9216 troopers.
- The 501st legion, which was led by Captain Rex, Anakin Skywalker, and Ahsoka Tano, were the best known legion, with many fan favorite clones such as Echo, Fives, Hardcase, Jesse, Tup, and Kix. After Rex defected, Appo became commander. They marched into the Jedi Temple, being led by Darth Vader to kill jedi. They were also seen on Cristophsis, Teth, Umbara, Ringo Vinda, Anaxes, and Coruscant.

- The 187th wore purple armor and were led by Mace Windu to signify the color of their jedi general's lightsaber. Not much else is known about this clone legion.
A clone battalion had 660 troopers
- The 212th Attack Battalion had orange markings and were led by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Commander Cody. It also had some named troopers such as Waxer and Boil.

- The 104th Battalion, AKA the Wolfpack, was led by Plo Koon and Commander Wolffe. They had gray wolf markings on their armor.

- The Hawkbat Battalion was present on the first battle of geonosis, wearing plain white phase 1 armor. They are famous for wearing rain ponchos in the 2003 Clone Wars series.

- The Lancer Battalion rode on speeder bikes with giant lances to impale battle droids. They were led by Obi-Wan Kenobi, who wore clone armor in the 2003 Clone Wars.

A Company had 165 troopers. There were 16 sergeants, 4 lieutenants, and 1 captain.
- Torrent company was led by Anakin Skywalker and Captain Rex, and fought in the battle of christophsis.

- Tango Company had light blue armor, and would later get the imperial medal of honor.
